Description
32 Victoria Street is a terraced house dating from the 19th century, featuring painted stucco and a slate roof that is hidden behind a parapet. The building has a basement, three storeys, and an attic, with two bays. A moulded coved cornice runs just below the parapet coping. There are two dormers and a three-storey oriel window on the right, which has 2-4-2-pane sashes and moulded timber cornices. The left side has a 4-pane sash window on each floor, along with a recessed 2-panel door that includes a large overlight, all set within a stuccoed doorcase adorned with ornate consoles and a heavy cornice. Access to the door is via three steps, which are flanked by iron fleur de lys railings that extend along the front to a gate on the right. The basement door is reached by slate steps, and there are two sash windows at the basement level.
