Description

Cwm Llan is a cottage featuring painted render and a slate close-eaved roof, which has large whitewashed rendered end stacks, the one on the right being larger. The cottage is double-fronted and offset to the left, with two small 4-pane casement windows, one on each side of a stable door. There are two 20th-century rooflights on the front slope of the roof. The right end of the cottage has a window that has been inserted into the back of the fireplace. At the rear, there is a 20th-century flat-roofed addition. Attached to the left end is a former garage that has been converted into a room, featuring double doors that are now half-glazed.
