Description
Fairfield is a house constructed with painted stucco and features a slate roof behind a plain parapet, along with red brick end stacks. It is two storeys high and has a three-window range of 12-pane sash windows, which have been restored since 1977. The central entrance has an arched doorway with a half-glazed four-panel door and a plain fanlight above it. To the right of the door, there is a canted bay window with sashes and blind boxes. The house also has three dormers with curved heads that are situated behind the parapet. The left end wall is slate-hung and features small pointed windows with small panes: one on the ground floor to the right, two on the first floor, and one in the attic to the right. In 1977, there were only two windows: one on the ground floor to the right and one on the first floor to the left.
