Description

Lawrenny Quay is a quay wall approximately 200 meters long, mostly straight except for an offset towards the eastern end. It is faced with local hammer-dressed limestone laid in irregular courses. The wall does not have a parapet, and its thickness at the top is about 1 meter. The top of the wall has been reinforced with concrete. In the center of the quay face, there is a group of ten vertical rubbing timbers attached to the wall.
