Description
Cwm Peris is a two-storey building constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, topped with a slate hipped roof that features deep eaves and a central stone chimney with a cornice. The front has three windows, all Gothic in style, along with a door. The windows have stone voussoirs and slate sills, with the ground floor voussoirs edged in slate. The windows are small paned casements adorned with intersecting tracery. The door consists of broad planks with strips covering the joints.
On the left end wall, there is a small window at ground level, while the right end wall has a stone lean-to. At the rear, there is an added lean-to that has a straight joint. Inside, one room is said to have a cobbled floor.
