Description

Rose Villa is a mid-19th century house featuring a slate roof and stone end stacks. It has two storeys and a three-window front. The front and west end walls are finished in grey painted roughcast, while the rear and east end are made of painted rubble stone. The windows are hornless 12-pane sashes with slate sills, and there is a central two-panel door with a small-paned overlight above it. The house has bracketed eaves.
