Description
The building is a cottage located behind Morris Cottages, dating from the 19th century. It is two stories tall and constructed of rubble, featuring window fronts arranged in reflected pairs. Number 5 is whitewashed. The cottages have slate roofs and three chimney stacks that have been rendered and cut down. Numbers 1, 2, and 4 have 9 and 12-pane sash windows, while Number 3 has small pane metal frame casements. Number 5 has been modernised, and Number 6 has 9 and 4-pane sashes below, all with slate lintels. The doors are boarded for Numbers 1, 2, and 4, with Number 1 also having a 4-pane overlight. Number 3 features a 4-panel door, while Number 5 has a modern door and Number 6 has a half-glazed door. The rear of the building is low rubble with a blocked central door. The cottage was unoccupied at the time of inspection in September 1989.
