Description
30 Market Street is an early 18th-century, two-storey building with a four-window front made of whitewashed rubble and part rendered surface. It features a slate roof with boxed eaves and a roughcast chimney stack on the rear pitch. The windows are a mix of four- and six-pane casements, although there is one blocked opening on the ground floor to the right. In the center, there is a lean-to porch with a slate roof that serves No 29, while No 30 has a hipped lean-to on the left, which it shares with No 31. To the right, there is a boarded garage entrance. The right elevation is constructed of corrugated iron and rubble, while the rear is made of brick with some corrugated iron on part of the rear pitch.
