Description
Water House is a late 18th century to early 19th century, two-storey building featuring a three-window roughcast front. The structure has end pilaster strips and likely has earlier origins. It is topped with a hipped slate roof that has wide eaves and a single brick stack. The building includes 16-pane sash windows that have moulded architraves and are flush with the front. The entrance is located to the left of centre and consists of a boarded door with a bulls eye light, which is sheltered by a hood supported by curved brackets. There is an additional door to the left, which has a plain cornice and fluted pilasters. To the left of the main structure, there is a lean-to with one window.
