Description
29 Market Street is an early 18th-century, two-storey building with a four-window front made of whitewashed rubble and partially rendered surfaces. It features a slate roof with boxed eaves and a roughcast chimney stack on the rear pitch. The front has four- and six-pane casement windows, although there is one blocked opening on the ground floor to the right. In the center, there is a lean-to porch with a slate roof for No 29, while to the left, there is a hipped lean-to shared with No 30 and No 31. On the right side, there is a boarded garage entrance. The right elevation is finished with corrugated iron and rubble, while the rear is constructed of brick, with some areas covered in corrugated iron on part of the rear pitch. Inside, exposed timbers are visible, along with a simple roof construction.
