Description
The former stables and coach-house at Dolenog, built between 1837 and 1839, is contemporary with the main house. The structure includes accommodation for the coachman on the left, stables in the center, and a coachhouse on the right. The front features half-timbering that is covered in corrugated iron, with boarding and a stone plinth at the base. Inside, wattle and daub can be seen. The roof is slightly undulating, made of slate, with overhanging eaves and a brick chimney stack at the left end. The left gable end is asymmetrical and constructed of rubble, featuring a casement window with cambered voussoirs. The rear is also made of rubble and has three boarded door openings for the loft. Additionally, there are two sections of garden wall attached beyond the building.
