Description

12 Church Street is a 19th-century building that stands two storeys high. It is constructed of coursed rubble, with the west end rebuilt in random rubble. The roof is covered with slate and features a brick ridge stack located to the right of centre, along with a left end stack made of rubble that has three diagonally-set brick uppers with oversailing courses. The ground floor openings have cambered heads. The front door is part-glazed and is sheltered by a slated canopy that has decorative pierced bargeboards. The windows on the building are modern.
