Description

The tympanum in the garden wall at Home Farm is made of freestone and is designed to fit within a cusped pointed arch. It features a high relief depiction of the Ascension. This tympanum is set into a coped rubble-stone garden wall that is approximately 20 meters long. The wall retains the farm yard, which is on higher ground to the north side, and it is accompanied by modern steel railings.
