Description
Pentre Saeson Foundry Building is a single-storey structure built from roughly coursed rubble, featuring corrugated cladding on its gabled roof. The northeast and southwest gables each have a circular lunette with brick dressings at the top. The southwest gable includes a blocked arch at the center on the ground level, with arched entrances on either side. The entrance on the east side aligns with a similar entrance in the rear northeast wall, which also has three other blocked arches.
The building consists of three bays and has a king-post roof. Inside, there is a surviving crane that was used to transport a ladle of molten metal from the cupola furnace to the northeast.
