Description

45 Westminster Road is a terrace of five houses built as a single development. The houses are constructed from roughly coursed and squared dressed stone with slate roofs. They are low, standing at two storeys, and the front elevations alternate between single and two-unit forms, which suggests that the internal plans may interlock. All the houses, except for No 41, retain early casement windows, and No 44 features an early plank door set within a chamfered architrave.
