Description
Brookhouse Farm is a 2-storeyed farmhouse built in an L-shape. The main front is pebble-dashed and features three sash windows. Above, there are sliding sash windows that have been modernised, including an unbarred sash that rises into a gabled dormer. Below, there is a sash window with glazing bars on the left and an eared sash on the right. The central door consists of five moulded panels and the farmhouse has a steep slate roof. To the right, there is a one-bay later extension. The rear of the main range is made of painted brick and has three sash windows with glazing bars above, and wider casements below, with the top right window being blind.
The west range is gabled and has an unequal sash window with glazing bars on each side of a central door that has four fielded panels, along with another door on the left in the gable. The porch dates from the 18th century and features chamfered posts. There is no access to the interior.
