Description

This milestone is made from a single block of local limestone, measuring approximately 400mm wide, 200mm deep, and standing about 600mm high. The top of the stone is curved, while the face is flat. Attached to the stone is a cast-iron plate with a rounded top, which displays the inscription "Ruthin District / Wrexham 15 / Ruthin 3."
