Description
Pentre-bach is a 2-storey, 3-window small farmhouse built of red brick with a slate roof and a tile ridge. It features brick end-chimneys and has a later timber porch situated on a high plinth wall of brickwork.
The front windows consist of 9 panes, with unequal sashes above and 12 panes below. The door is modern. The windows are topped with brick arches, and those on the first storey are positioned well below the eaves, creating space for an attic. The attic includes a window only in the east gable.
Pentre-bach is symmetrically planned and entered on the axis, and it is noted to have a good staircase.
