Description
Nantlys Coach House is a detached double coach house built in red brick with a slate roof. The structure features a symmetrical design, consisting of a main block with one and a half storeys and small single-storey end wings, all topped with hip roofs. Each hip of the main roof is adorned with tall terracotta finials. A prominent central chimney rises from the front, showcasing brick face ribs and several corbellings. Large relieving arches span the coach bays, positioned above timber lintels, with brickwork arranged in a square pattern between the arches and the lintels. The coach bays are fitted with large double boarded doors, while each wing has single wide boarded doors and timber lintels.
Above the coach bays is a loft that serves as a groom's lodging, with the entrance and stairs to the lodging located on the right side.
