Description

The Beresford Adams Estate Agents Offices is a three-storey building with two bays, originally part of the adjoining structure to the right. It is constructed of red brick with a timber-framed core and features a slate roof. The building has projecting sills and keystones, all of which are now painted, with stucco rustication applied over the brickwork.

The ground floor includes modern shop windows, while the upper floors project over the pavement and are supported by three Tuscan stone columns. The first floor features a modern tripartite picture window that has replaced two segmentally-arched, near-flush sash windows, although the keystones of the original windows are still visible. On the second floor, there are two modern windows that replaced former 12-pane sashes with segmental heads. The building has simply-moulded coping along a low parapet, which it shares with the adjacent building to the right, known as Kavick's Bazaar.

The interior was not inspected during the survey.
