Description
The building is a long, two-storey outbuilding range that adjoins Penrhyn Old Hall on the northeast side. It features stone rubble walls and a slate gabled roof. The southwest portion has a three-light stone mullion window on the left and a two-light stone mullion window on the right. In the northeast portion, there are three-light stone mullion windows in both the second and fourth bays from the southwest, along with two-light windows on the first floor. The ground floor includes a ledged door in the first bay and a gabled porch in the fourth bay from the southwest end. The windows have early 20th-century ashlar dressings.
