Description

14 Abbey Road is part of a group of three attached houses located in Llandudno, built in the 19th century. Each house has two storeys and an attic, with three bays. The exterior is finished in stucco and features slate roofs along with scrolled and pierced bargeboards. The central house, No 14, has a symmetrical design with a central gable, while Nos 12 and 16 are mirrored versions of this design, each having gables at their ends. All three houses are set behind dwarf forecourt walls topped with ashlar coping.

The middle bay of No 14 features a gable with a bargeboard, an attic sash window with a Gothic pointed head and intersecting tracery, and a larger first-floor sash window of a similar style. The ground floor has a doorway with a pointed arch. The outer bays of No 14 each have a 12-pane sash window with a hoodmould on the first floor and a canted bay window on the ground floor, which was originally fitted with sash lights and glazing bars but has been somewhat altered.
