Description
Nos 12, 14, and 16 Abbey Road in Llandudno are a group of three attached houses, each featuring two storeys and an attic with three bays. They are constructed of stucco and topped with slate roofs, adorned with scrolled and pierced bargeboards. The central house, No 14, is symmetrical with a central gable, while Nos 12 and 16 are mirrored versions of this design, each with gables at the ends. All three houses are set behind dwarf forecourt walls that have ashlar coping.
No 16 is styled similarly to No 14 but has its gable on the left side. The attic features a small 12-pane sash window. On the first floor, there is a central Gothic window with intersecting tracery in the glazing bars, and the other bays have 12-pane sash windows, all with hoodmoulds. The ground floor includes a central Gothic-headed doorway with a hoodmould, flanked by canted bay windows that have small-pane sashes with marginal glazing bars.
