Description

Holy Cross Church is a tall gable entry building constructed from mortared rubble masonry and topped with a slate roof. The main section of the church consists of a 4-bay linear range, with each bay featuring a tall narrow window that has slate sills. In the southwest gable apex, there is a stained glass window set within a circular light, positioned above the entrance porch. The porch includes a doorway in the left (northwest) wall and a four-light window with a slate sill and lintel on the southwest side. To the northwest, there is a modern single-storey addition that has three 6-pane windows, a slate roof, and grit rendered elevations. The interior was not inspected during the survey conducted in June and July 2003.
