Description

Tegfan is a terrace of four houses built in the mid-19th century. The houses are two storeys high and each has one window facing the street. The exterior is rendered, and the roofs are slate. The terrace is designed as two mirrored pairs, with the front doors arranged together, though number 1 has a two-storey extension to the left, which is set back from the main terrace. The first-floor windows are set directly under the eaves, and are hornless sash windows with 12 panes. The ground-floor windows are similar in style. The front doors are modern and boarded.
