Description
Sygyn Terrace is a long row of 10 cottages, each with its own low forecourt garden enclosed by rubble walls and railings. The cottages are built from rubble and feature modern slate roofs with simple end chimneys that have cornice bands. Cottages 1 and 2 are slightly elevated compared to the others and have a continuous roof, while cottages 3 to 10 share a roof. Cottages 3, 4, and 5 are rendered and painted white, and along with cottages 6, 8, 9, and 10, they have modern single-storey gabled porches. All the doors are modern, mostly part-glazed. The windows are also modern; cottages 1, 2, 3, 7, 9, and 10 have replicas of the original 16-pane unhorned sashes, while cottages 4, 5, 6, and 8 feature plain sash approximations. Additionally, there are modern extensions at the rear of all the cottages.
