Description
Llyndir is a two-storey house built with rubble masonry and a boulder foundation course. The front is colourwashed, and it features a steeply pitched new slate roof with plain eaves and close verges. There are stone stacks and water tabling present.
On the first floor, there are three windows set under the eaves, each with two-light casements. The ground floor has four similar windows of slightly varying sizes. The doorway is offset to the right of centre and has stone lintels.
Adjoining to the right is a former cowhouse that is stepped back from the main house. It has whitewashed rubble walls and a steeply pitched quarry slate roof, with stepped water tabling at the gable end of the house above. This cowhouse features two-light casements set into two former doorways. The gable end is pebbledashed and has modern fenestration, including a large modern dormer at the rear.
Additionally, there is a corrugated iron lean-to attached to the right gable end of the house, along with a similar rubble lean-to with a corrugated roof at the rear.
