Description

Pont Llanbedr is a bridge featuring two spans with segmental arches made of voussoirs and pendant keystones. It is constructed from coursed stone and includes a drip course along with raking stone slab parapet coping. There are stepped semi-circular cutwaters on both sides between the arches, as well as flanking raking buttresses. On the west side of the east parapet, there is a carved panel that displays the date 1642, flanked by a hammer and trowel. The upper part of the panel, which is said to have originally included the date 1850, has been chipped off.
