Description
Llys y Delyn is a two-storey building that was once a shop, featuring two windows. It is constructed from coursed rubble with packing stones and has a steeply pitched quarry slate roof that is pitch daubed. The building includes a stone stack and water tabling, with stepped water tabling set into the gable of the adjoining Llety Clyd.
The first floor has Victorian sash windows positioned under the eaves, similar to the left window on the ground floor. To the right, there is a mid-19th century shopfront with a doorway that includes a 15-pane fixed light shop window, although the top five panes have been replaced with modern vents. The shopfront features a plain overall leaded drip board, a plain frieze, and sunk panelled pilasters. The 19th-century panelled door is deep and narrow, leading to a single rectangular opening, and is topped by a large rectangular fanlight.
