Description

The brewhouse at Dolgau is a single-storey structure built into the rising ground to the east of the main house. It is constructed from roughly coursed and mortared rubble masonry, featuring large stones used as quoins and lintels. The roof is covered with modern slates arranged in diminishing courses, topped with a tiled ridge. A prominent square chimney is located in the southwest corner, which has a dripcourse around the top of the stack. Access to the brewhouse is provided by a single doorway in the west gable. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
