Description
Ty Felin (Mill House) is a two-story, two-window house likely dating to the 18th century, built as a reflected pair. The exterior is constructed of coursed rubble with a renewed slate roof and stone end stacks. Openings are topped with stone lintels. Replacement doors are centrally positioned beneath a lean-to canopy. All windows are replacements, but fitted into original openings. A one-story addition, with rendered walls and a slate roof, is set back to the right. The left gable end incorporates a section of wall built with large, unworked boulders. The rear elevation has been whitened and features four small windows in the lower storey and two upper-storey windows, all replacements within original openings. The interior features mirrored floor plans with two staircases and interconnecting doors.
