Description
Ty Gwyn is a late Georgian, two-storey, three-bay house featuring a pebble-dashed front over stone, with a slate roof and end stacks. The later central wooden gabled porch is adorned with fretwork scrolled barge boards. The entrance includes a fielded-panel door and a three-pane overlight. On the right side, there are 18-pane tripartite hornless sash windows, while the left side has narrower 24-pane hornless sashes. The central upper window is blind. To the left, there is a lower former two-storey double-fronted cottage, which has a central door made of vertical and glazed panels, along with casement windows that include margin lights.
The former cottage also features a rear outshut. The main house, which has a rubble stone rear, includes a small-pane two-light window on the upper right. The property has not been inspected.
