Description
This building is a cart shed located to the northwest of a farmyard, which includes a hammel at the rear. It is constructed from polygonal masonry and features a slate roof with ventilators. The structure is low and consists of five bays of an open-fronted cart shed with segmental-headed openings. To the left, there are three bays of storage with square-headed boarded doors and tall 12-pane windows, which have replaced the original part louvre and part small pane estate windows. Slit ventilators are positioned above the openings. All openings are adorned with voussoirs that form flat arches with keystones. At the rear, there is an eight-arch hammel in a dog-legged lean-to, featuring cambered voussoired arches that open onto two gated yards, which are enclosed by rubble walls on the eastern side. The building has now been converted into small workshop units.
