Pink rubble stone with slate roofs and two clustered 4-shaft brick stacks on ridge. H-plan, 3 cottages in a symmetrical group based on C17 vernacular models. Centre double-fronted cottage, and one cottage in a crosswing each end with large side wall porch. One and a half storeys, renewed casement windows with slate slab heads and slate sills. Centre has two stone dormer gables with casement pairs, to ground floor triple casements and centre door in C20 gabled porch. Crosswings have triple casement each floor. Side walls have large stone gabled porches with arched entries.
