This milestone is a rectangular grey slate slab with angled corners. It features incised capital lettering that reads: "MLS. PWLLHELI 5 SARN 6 ABERDARON 12." It is of the same type as the milestone located 100 meters north of Pont Llidiard-y-dwr (Inkerman Bridge).
