Description

22 Chapel Street is a 2-storey, 3-window house built with scribed roughcast and topped with a slate roof. It features roughcast end stacks, with the left-hand stack heightened within the wall of the adjoining Capel Drindod. The entrance, located to the right of center, includes a reed-moulded doorcase and a pediment with pointed cusping. The 4-panel door has raised fields and a 4-pane overlight above it. To the left of the doorway are two 12-pane hornless sash windows, while to the right is a mid-20th century 12-pane horned sash window, which occupies the position of a former passage doorway. The upper storey has 9-pane hornless sash windows. The rear windows have been replaced, and a 1-storey projection has been added. The interior of the house has been altered.
