Description

The structure is a high wall made of rubble masonry that surrounds a rectangular garden. The gateway is located in the south wall and features roughly dressed stone jambs and a rectangular lintel with a roughly segmentally shaped soffit. The gateway is now fitted with an ornate wrought-iron gate, which is rectangular in shape and includes a pointed arch within. It has paired dog rails, and the full-height vertical rails are decorated with intricate floriate ironwork.
