Description
Tyddyn Pwyth is a row of three, two-storey terraced cottages, each designed with a two-unit plan and a central doorway. There are later extensions to the rear and left end. The cottages are constructed of rubble with a slate roof featuring rectangular brick stacks, while the right end stack is rendered rubble. The lower storey has 16-pane sash windows, and the upper storey windows are set under the eaves, comprising a mix of small, 9-pane sashes and bottom-hung casements.
These cottages were built on the site of a former agricultural building. The rubble walls have ground floor windows that are set at a higher level than the original house (No.1), with segmental arched brick heads above the ground floor openings. The upper storey window to the right is a 9-pane sash window, while the window to the left is a 9-pane bottom-hung casement. The door features six panes in the upper panel and three panes in the overlight.
