Description

Pendref is a single-storey, two-unit vernacular cottage with an added wing that is set at right angles to the rear. It is constructed of rubble masonry and rendered. The cottage features a modern slate roof with rendered gable stacks. There are slightly recessed four-pane sash windows, and a square-headed doorway located between the windows, with the openings slightly offset to the right (north). In front of the cottage, there is a small garden that is enclosed by a low, rendered rubble wall.
