Description

The stables and coach-house at Houstoun House date back to 1736. Originally, the building was one and a half storeys tall, but the upper floor has now been removed. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a corbie-step gable. There is a date inscription above the loft door, and lean-to additions have been made at the rear.
