Description

The East Range at Boiden is an earlier 19th century single-storey farmhouse with a rectangular plan, featuring three bays and flanking gabled outbuildings that create a shallow court. The exterior is finished with painted harl.

On the south elevation, there is a large modern porch at the centre that conceals the door, with windows on either side. The façade includes two narrow gabled dormers with pointed arch windows that have gothick glazing. The flanking outbuildings are single-storey with piend roofs and rectangular plans.

The ground floor has 4-pane timber sash and case windows, while the dormer windows also feature timber sash and case designs with gothick glazing.
