Description

10 Irvine Place is an early 19th-century single-storey villa with an ashlar front. The building features a classic design with two windows and a central doorpiece that has anta pilasters. The windows are architraved and topped with cornices, while the ends of the villa are panelled and pilastered. A main cornice runs along the top, and the roof is slated. The villa retains its original glazing.
