Description
Trinity Roman Catholic Chapel, located at 17 Irvine Place in Stirling, was built in 1838. The chapel features a Gothic-style rectangular hall constructed from plain ashlar stone, complete with an entrance porch and an arched doorway. Flanking the doorway are lancet windows, and above them are triple stepped lancets with hood moulds. There is also a small circular window with a trefoil design above. The chapel is supported by octagonal angle buttresses. Attached to the chapel are domestic buildings that are two stories high, built in the Jacobean style with ashlar stone. These buildings have a central shaped gable and an architraved doorpiece with a balcony above, all topped with slated roofs.
