Description

4 Irvine Place is an early 19th-century, two-storey villa with a three-window ashlar front. The building features a panelled pilastered doorpiece and architraved windows with cornices on the ground floor. It has panelled pilastered ends and a main cornice, topped with a slated roof and retains its original glazing.
