Description
12 Irvine Place is a mid-Victorian mansion that has been converted into offices. It features an unusual triangular plan with two storeys and an attic. The main facade faces south and includes a canted bay, along with a three-storey entrance tower topped with a spire. This entrance tower is balanced by a polygonal angle that also has a spired roof. The building retains some of its original slated roofs, along with iron crestings and finials that are partly intact.
