Description

9-11 Baker Street in Stirling is a three-storey, three-bay terraced tenement built around 1800. The building features a shop on the ground floor and a pend entrance, known locally as Sma' Vennel. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and has painted render at the ground level, along with a base course, a fascia band above the ground floor, and an eaves band.

The north elevation facing Baker Street has four bays at the ground level, with a shop door in the center flanked by 19th-century shop windows on the left and a pend entrance to the right, adjacent to the adjoining property. The upper floors have regular fenestration, with smaller windows on the second floor.

The windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing. The roof is covered with graded grey slates and includes two Velux rooflights. There is a possible mutual stack on the east gable.
