13-15 Irvine Place is an early 19th-century building featuring three storeys and a basement, with a four-window facade made of whin rubble. The centre has a two-window pediment. The ground floor windows are set in shallow arched recesses, and there is an asymmetrically placed Roman Doric doorpiece, which is accessed by a widely splayed railed stair. The building has a slated roof and retains its original glazing.
