27 and 29 Allanvale Road is an early 19th-century building that stands two stories high with an attic and features three windows. It is constructed from rubble and has a central doorpiece that is cavetto-splayed, complete with a cornice and blocking course. The ground floor windows have architraves with cornices, and there are two canted dormers on the upper level. The roof is slated, and the building retains its original glazing.
