Brentham Mansions, Brentham Crescent, Stirling

Brentham Mansions, built in 1871, is a high Victorian building that showcases a baronial style. It features two storeys and a basement, with some areas including attics. The exterior is faced with ashlar stone and has a square plan with corbelled corner turrets. The entrance front is nearly symmetrical and includes a central semi-octagonal entrance tower topped with a balustraded parapet and a truncated conical roof. Decorative dormers with ornate heads are present. The eastern front is also symmetrical, featuring twin bays that transition from bowed to semi-octagonal across all floors, framed by corbelled turrets at the first floor. The building has slated roofs, although the original iron cresting has unfortunately been removed. There is a truncated conservatory with an arched roof.
