Description

  1. High Victorian curiosity. Baronial mansion 2-storey and

basement, partly with attics, ashlar faced; square plan with

corbelled corner turrets: near-symmetrical entrance front has

centre semi-octagonal entrance tower with balustraded

parapet, truncated conical roof, dormers with decorative

dormer heads. Symmetrical E front with twin bays corbelled

from bowed to semi-octagonal through all floors, framed in

corbelled turrets at 1st floor. Slated roofs, iron cresting unfortunately removed.

Truncated conservatory with arched roof.
