Description

Edwardian Renaissance. 2-storey and basement semi-detached

on corner site, rock-faced snecked rubble with band courses.

2-window (bipartites) between advanced ends with canted bay

though 2 floors to right and ground floor canted bay with

balustraded parapet to left; segmentally pedimented entrance

porch in right-hand re-entrant angle; St Ninians Road

elevation has advanced left-hand section with canted bay

triangular pedimented porch in re-entrant angle, tympana of

both porches sculptured. Piended broad-eaved slated roof with

ball finials, one missing.
